Where is my order?
    If you placed an order after signing in to your account, you can find the status in My Account:
  • Navigate to ‘My Orders’ in the My Account menu.
  • Search for the order in question.
  • Check the order status.
What should I do when my order was delivered to the wrong address?

In case your order has been delivered to the wrong address you can locate it under “shipping address” at the level of your orders history.

If the order hasn’t been delivered yet, you can contact our customer support agents to see if they can help you change the delivery address.

If the parcel was declined at the delivery address, the order will be returned to our warehouse. Once we have processed the return, you'll be refunded within 10 to 14 days.

What should I do when I receive a wrong item?

If you've received a wrong item, contact us, so our customer service agent can take it from there.

What should I do if I’m missing an item/part of my order?

If you're missing one or more items from your order, contact us, so our customer service agent can take it from there.

What happens when I miss the delivery of my order?
    That depends on the carrier, but most of the time your order is:
  • Delivered to a nearby pick-up location.
  • Delivered to your neighbors unless you have informed us or the carrier that you do not prefer to have parcels delivered to your neighbors.
  • Delivered at a second attempt the next business day.
    • At all times the carrier leaves you a (digital) note with the delivery details.
