Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you don’t need to have an account to place an order. Once entering the checkout choose to proceed as a guest. Please make sure you fill out a shipping address and contact details.

How can I subscribe for/unsubscribe from the newsletter?
    If you'd like to subscribe to our newsletter, you can do so in multiple ways:
  • When you land on our website, you may see a pop-up appearing which allows you to subscribe to our newsletter by entering your details.
  • Alternatively, you can also sign up for our newsletter when creating an account, or when you place an order, by clicking the newsletter check box. In case of the latter, you will see the check box for the newsletter subscription upon check-out.
    If you'd like to unsubscribe for our newsletter, you can do so in multiple ways
  • You can open the newsletter email in your inbox and scroll all the way down. There you will find an "unsubscribe" or "opt out" button. Here you can manage your subscriptions to our newsletter.

If you're unable to unsubscribe for our newsletter, please contact us, so we can help you along with this request.

How can I reset my password?

To reset your password, look for the ‘Sign in’ button on the top right of the website and choose the 'I forgot my password' link below the login window. You’ll receive an email to reset your password that’ll have you up and running again in a few clicks.

Please note that it can take up to 48 hours to receive this email.

How can I request the deletion of my personal data?

How can I create an account?

To create an account, you click on ‘Sign in’ on the top right of the website. If you’re using your phone, find the ‘menu’ button and use the ‘Sign in’ button on the top right of the menu page. You can then create an account following the instructions in the 'sign up' section.
